I want to start a journey I dreamed of for a long time, but never had the courage and resolution to start it. Finally, I am at the right time to think seriously about this journey: the journey of writing. #Writing

It can be incredibly distressing when situations trouble us deeply, even to the point of feeling overwhelmed, and we feel powerless to change them. This sense of helplessness can be profoundly painful. What strategies might one employ to find some comfort or relief?

Why does social media empty our brains and fill our minds? Today, I have nothing on my brain, but my mind is already tired of so many things.

As Socrates was well known for having laid no claim to knowledge, what is at stake for our understanding of Socrates’ thought if we accept as true his claim that he learned about love from a woman? And what might we learn about the meaning of love?
Meet the woman who initiated Socrates in the philosophy of love | Aeon Essays

I've deleted my Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X (Twitter) apps. Now, I have little to do with mobile and feel less attached to it. However, I feel much better psychologically I also feel less anxious and pathetic about myself after a whole load of bad news or scrolling junk reels.

Hey. There's zero percent chance of your brain falling out if you choose to have open-ended, philosophical discussions that don't conform to rigid categories & institutionally provided parameters.

In fact, stretching the mind regularly will make your best & brightest synapses even stronger. 🧠
