It rained here in LA. Let’s hope we get the right type of gentle rainfall that helps dampen the fires and doesn’t create mudslides. Rain gods, please help us in exactly the most positive way. 🙏✨🌦

Restoration of the failed terracotta facade work is complete and the scaffolding is down. The Eastern Columbia Building (Claud Beelman, 1930) looks beautiful and close to brand new. Los Angeles Art Deco 4-ever and especially now!
