Honestly it depends on how big your nipples are and how much tissue the needle has to go through. But my daith and conch hurt about as much my nips. My friend who has bitty nips said hers didn’t hurt too bad after.

Ooooh! Yes, mine have been pierced for a year and a half! Advice: if you do a lot of swimming in the summer, get them pierced in the fall. I got mine done on Halloween.
Experience: I got them done one by one, & it hurt, but they healed wonderfully. They were tender for about a week but I have big 🍒
