Had such a great day with our Primary Heads we heard from Lesley Powell from the North East Learning Trust about being an authentic leader and had some great conversations about a coaching culture. Can’t wait for day 2 tomorrow!

Session 4 looking at why data matters. Really making me reflect on how I can best use data to map professional learning as teachers impact the ‘data’ of pupils in different ways. They make progress in the classroom themselves at different rates. Does great data mean great teaching?!
