I'm at the ER. My eye and bell's palsy been really bothering me. The APRN I got is so kind. She listens so well. It actually feels like I'm being listened to for once when I had to go to the ER. I usually get male doctors who don't listen or ask questions.

I am very privileged to be able to have mental health services. Since I'm able to have Telehealth, my insurance covers it, and I'm only charged the copay, which is $25. I'm thankful to have a decent job that has good insurance like this. Tho, I do pay out the ass for my insurance to cover my needs.

Hmmm, don't you just love when you have been trying to convince yourself something can't possibly be true because .. you can't give the anxiety fuel. But, I found out 2 things that do worry me is thing is a really a thing. Welp...

I didn't really want to do the thing, but I'm doing the thing... I'm starting my meds up again. I hate taking meds, but it's time, too. I can't be a good big sister to my high school-aged sister. If I can't emotionally be here for her due to my own issues without causing a crash out for me. I tried.

I got to order my stuff for my cochlear implant yesterday! The hospital that I'm getting it done at has an agreement with Cochlear America to allow you to get two processors per side (I'm only getting right done) and a total of four accessories three at activation and then one down the road!
