i think the worst stat that came from steam wrapped is that Ready or Not was one of my most played games, at ~110hrs. but according to the ingame stats, only 23hrs of that was spent in successful missions.
i spent 90 entire hours getting my ass kicked lmao

Some have not eaten for six weeks. A number have been hospitalised. They are all being held on remand - without trial or conviction.

started jingle gamejam today (i sat on bluesky refreshing the page for the theme at 16:59 lmao). sorted the concept, plot, dialogue, and sprites for the 5 or so characters I’m using -- so far around 5-6 hrs spent #gamejam

This is Shein's supply chain. The factories are contracted to make clothes on order - some small, some big. If the chinos are a hit, orders will ramp up and so must production. Factories then hire temporary workers to meet the demand their permanent staff cannot fulfil.
The migrant worker from Jiangxi is looking for a short-term contract - and the chinos are an option.
"We earn so little. The cost of living is now so high," she says, adding that she hopes to make enough to send back to her two children who are living with their grandparents.
"We get paid per piece," she explains. "It depends how difficult the item is.
