Wow more stuff on my landlords: found out there was a gas leak in the house today from one of the other tenants. Not the landlord- guess she doesn't think that's worth notifying me 🙃

My landlord gets on my ass about delivering my rent check on time, but then takes 28+ days to deposit it. Even after I reached out. Which is the whole reason I was paying it late in the first place. If you're gonna get pissy when I deliver it five days late, I should be able to get pissy too.

I've been loving genshin so much but the fact that 90% of the fan base is racist and doesn't think regions based on SWANA, India, and South America should have characters with darker skin is definitely a take.

GENOCIDE BAD is a NYT and USA Today Bestseller!!! In 40 years of publishing, indie press @interlinkbooks.bsky.social, the only Palestinian-owned press in the US, has faced severe censorship and hate. I am so honored to have worked with them on this book!

Had to make the decision to not see nemahsis tomorrow 💔 it's just too far of a drive in bad weather for me. She was my number 1 artist last year I was so excited 😭

I currently have seven digital arcs to read when I wanted to keep it to two at a time this year but it's not my fault all my fav authors made them available at the same time😭 (3 of them are new yes but they're all queer and look good, okay?)

Current read: Unbuild Walls: Why Immigrant Justice Needs Abolition by Silky Shah. Paused it back in Sept but picked it up this week. Part two is all about organizing and the past wins it discusses have felt energizing

This is Duvalín. She is proud of her Mexican heritage and immigrant roots. And like the rest of her community, our country is better because she is in it. 13/10

Just attending my first ever book club and it was so fun! I didn't love the book but still loved talking about it and I'm excited to go back next month :) (and possibly lead my own!!)

Okay, I’m hoping this will gain some traction on Bluesky *inhales* SALEM PUBLIC LIBRARY IN OREGON IS IN DANGER OF CLOSING. This sets a dangerous precedent for state capital libraries!!

This is a continuation of the saga from last year, when we were saved at the last second by the then-mayor. (1/2)
