that's kind of ironic considering the guy that directed the original game. Like, we are talking about the guy that is so good at art direction, he confused the whole planet into think a game with massive game design isse was a masterpiece though sheer vibes alone.

gosh, this is giving me flashback when dnd got set back to never evolve because the fucks at hasbro wanted 4th edition to sell as much as MTG... in 2008. it sold more than 3.5 despite the tantrum of some fan, but it was not 5 gorrillion dollars

I mean it's exactly that. A lot of exec want to have the highest return on investment, and think they will do that by taking the least amount of risk possible. And that manifest by going for pre established stuff before anything else. Basicly how the Michael Bay skibidi toilet project started

je vais avouer que je préfere l'affiche photo pour le labyrinthe, mais c'est surtout car la composition est juste magnifique. L'oeuvre de Struzan reste tout de même fort jolie, et est plus digne d'une couverture collector. mais c'est pas mal la seule exception, et toute les autres oeuvres sont mieux

the irony is that the game that was the turning point of that mentality was a PvE game (dark souls 1). But yeah, take the very anti casual mentality of the Xbox live crowd and give it a big masocore game and things will go south fast

Things like that were sadly predictable when the "game as a competition" mentality started rising with the whole "git gud" stuff. No sense of unity makes it so the "it doesn't affect me much so why bother" started taking over, and thus, here we are

if you age up then it's no longer a minor, (an aged up tag would be good for encouraging it). as for the 5000 y/o dragon argument, we all know it's a loophole to oogle at underage characters

well, it is and it's not. changing preexisting sites is hard because money. but changing guidelines themsleves to thighten things up, that is easy. "no nsfw art depicting minors", boom, now you will incite artist to properly indicate their characters aren't minor

it's true that rules will never be perfect, on that i'm not gonna argue. it's an issue of giving a perfect definition that describe one thing and doesn't include things that arent. We can however narrow it as much as we can in an active manner. that will reduce the amount of underage passively
