Re Unjustified today... surely the "pending" language in the pardons applies only to charges that were pending at the time he signed it? How can that possibly be read to include charges filed since the date of signing?

I wish someone would ask supporters of the 2nd strike what the survivors should have done in order to not get shot again. The only answer seems to be "drown quietly."

I'd like someone to ask supporters of the 2nd strike what those drowning people could have done that would NOT have resulted in the order to shoot again? Or were they just condemned to death from the start?

My grandparents would not share recipes for two dishes; they'd tear up and say "you think we're going to die!" One year I was too pregnant to travel, so family told me to ask "because it just won't be the same without your special dishes." It worked- they didn't remember that I hate both dishes!
