Increased my running duration to 40 min and started using PlayBack app (plays in the backgrnd, free). Old lady of the mansion (where we found Jack) locked us in the library while a Zom horde invaded the estate. Abel sent runners to help. We escaped via a coal tube and dumped a ton of coal on Zoms.

A resident of Abel, Jack, is missing. I'm out on a scouting run with Runner 3 and some others when we come across Jack's shoe amid some traps. We follow the trail of one shoe and footprint but get shot at. Turns out Jack is alive living with others in an old farm house.

I thot my left knee was sprained but I did glute stretches - knee feels better. Training run at Abel. NuCanton released fast Zoms to chase us (yes on purpose). They had tennis balls stuck with nails 2 deliver a serum. A field test. It worked... for a while... found out a dog whistle attracts Zoms.

Just did a walk today back to Abel (what's left of it) with some runners from New Canton. Runner 20 is a weird woman who seems like her mind is slipping from the trauma. Poor thing. Seems like I'm being recruited to spy on NC. Not sure I like that since they took us in. 🤔

Had a break as Abel residents moved in with New Canton. They designated me as Runner 93 but Abel wasn't having it. After a successful run to capture Running Zoms (for testing), I'm the new hero and get my old designation back.

The US is trying to get rid of an autocrat/oligarchy. I'm hopeful we will be able to seriously change the gov so it addresses the climate Emergency by taxing the billionaires. Amending the constitution to include climate protections. And, to treat this as the Emergency it is. Trump must go now.

Zombie swarm of about 300 headed to Abel. Runners 3,4,6,7,8, and me Runner 5 went out to disperse the horde. We doubled up and ran star pattern to lead the Zoms to a ravine, tower, (couldn't climb) and into the dense forest (got lost). Plan worked, but a group had a rocket launcher aimed at Abel.

Wow it has been raining for a week with no stopping in sight. Terengganu usually has heavy, long monsoon rains at the end of Dec or in January. This is early in the monsoon season for flooding. Kuala Terengganu is under water as are my running routes. No zombies in the rain.😄
