I think we need to not be defeated, and fight for the simple joys of life, the goodness of people. We need jokes and silliness and art and fun. I just have difficulty balancing all of these thoughts.

It’s like it feels inappropriate or tone deaf to make mindless jokes or post random reflections or say something silly. *gestures at world on fire* Most of the time I just type things out then delete them. They’re thoughts that no longer translate, meant for a past time.

I had a “straw that broke the camel’s back” moment on twitter recently too :/ glad to see some more familiar faces over here lol :’)
