Another great selection of fresh veg from the downtown farmers market. Now to process it all before it gets wilted! Yicks! (I may have gotten a bit enthusiastic...I need a bigger frezer if I am to keep this up!)

A lovely day for walking downtown Galt! Could not ask for better weather. Went down to buy a book from my lbs and saw it was super hero and comic book day. Lots of amazing art for sale. Some great characters!! Love what happens when the downtown is for pedestrians only!

I have found an awsome gem of a store in my town "Molloys". They make soaps and sell from the shop. Better yet they encourage refills! They have multiple container options including glass. I first went in with my own mason jars, got "refills" of each product to try. Loved them! Sticking with them!

Today was a good day. Bought veggies at the farmers market, walked to my local independent bookstore, shocked to find I was too EARLY (I am NEVER early) so walked down by the river and enjoyed the view, then back, bought The Serviceberry and ordered another book before heading home. Nice, if cloudy.
