#7 | somehow still managed to graduate law school in 2022 & pushed thru the bar exam thanks to my Bali trip (see lore 1). But the burnout really kicked in afterward. Despite my law degree I couldn't find work (nor mentally handle it even if I had) & I had to move back in w my parents, take a retail job & rely on family for housing for the next 2+ years as I recovered. My family is the type that "doesn't believe in" mental illness (and were the causes of a lot of my trauma lol) so ofc they were NOT very understanding of why their star student daughter was suddenly struggling to get out of bed for a retail shift. But I gradually figured out I was in autistic burnout, and since they wouldn't pay for therapy, I had to find my own way forward...

#6 I moved back to the US in 2019 to start my law degree. COVID hit halfway thru my first year, and school went virtual, so I spent over a year living alone in a studio apt and seeing almost no one. I struggled A LOT mostly bc with nowhere to run, I finally had to face 1) childhood trauma 2) my undiagnosed ADHD & Autism which I was realizing for the first time. The result of learning all this plus dealing with the stress of law school pushed me into autistic burnout. By the end of law school I was skill regressing-couldn't prep meals for myself, leaving the house gave me panic attacks, gained like 50 Ibs, could barely complete my classwork, would get out of bed & do the bare minimum then immediately crawl back in. Took me 'til ~2024 to recover. More on that later...

I feel like time is actually more abstract than the clocks make it seem. I think it speeds up & slows down for people and that's why an hour can go by in the blink of an eye for one person & last foreverrr for another. I think the universe is just... bendy like that
