Vampries don't sweat but they do exude a scent that is sweet and alluring (like dead people do, like flowers do) but when they begin to rot from heat/humidity they stink

The Idea for them not to sweat comes from the idea that vampire can't feel warmth so their bodies reflect that. They could be burning and won't feel it, a punishment for becoming immortal. Everytime they try to feel warmth in any measure they burn, they degrade and their bodies start to fall apart.

As such they can't be in the sun very much or in hot temperatures because their bodies will degrade faster. Vampires tend to live in cold areas/go out at night so as to not have their bodies rot. They can "pause" the rot by drinking blood but at the end of the day they're walking corpses.

In the universe of my story they do not sweat. They can blush! (Marianna exhibits that) But since their bodies are dead they mostly focus on looking appealing / mimicry of being a human. The only thing they secrete is drool (anticoagulant) and semen/arousal fluid (for seduction).
