Drawing a Christmas tree every day for a while in an effort to find my style. These are days 1-3. First two are Procreate with the same brush, third is Fresco with live watercolor brushes. Day 2 is my favorite so far.

Look, I will eat other stuff, but if I lived alone, I’d survive on Cheerios, Sandwiches, and pizza, with the occasional burger and fries.

The cool thing about alexithymia is not knowing you’ve been angry all day until you look at your heart rate stats and realize it’s been elevated compared to every other day…

This is what Trump, Elon, and the conservatives are doing to our country. Eventually, when they remove enough pieces, it'll fall.

If you need to rely on an external thing (like a bible) to be your moral compass, then you are in major trouble if something comes along and completely debunks it. I'll stick with my internal, self-calibrating moral compass, thanks. You don't need religion to be a good person.

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Look, you won't see me praising religious leaders very often--in fact, I don't think I've ever praised a religious leader...but today that changes. Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde, you are a badass. Thank you.

Playing your first solo TTRPG can be daunting, scary, and awkward, but trust me, all of that melts away pretty quickly once you begin.

In 2025, my goal is to invest more time in building out my "second brain" in Obsidian.

I played The Veilwoods: Training Day, a solo ttrpg the other night. I really enjoyed this short game, which only took about an hour or so to play and is an excerpt from a larger game still in development. If you like going solo with your dice, check this out: studiomantagames.itch.io/veilwoods-tr...

Highly recommend Loop earplugs for anyone sensitive to loud noise and planning on going to Area 15 in Las Vegas…or most places in Vegas for that matter. I wore my Experience 2’s and was able to really enjoy it without getting overstimulated.
