Let me see if I understand. We're told—in effect—that Hegseth is a non-functional alcoholic who commits sex and financial crimes when intoxicated, and who's never sought treatment for his disease or made real amends to anyone he's harmed, but he can RUN THE MILITARY if he pinkie-swears not to drink?
