Nah, the Switch version shows more of the artwork, and doesn't have a bunch of stupid fine print at the bottom. That's probably why the Switch 2 version is lower in the image, you can just barely see some of that text peeking out from behind the amiibo.

Undeniably true, but at least I know what to expect from a Whopper when I look at this image, and it's still fairly accurate. Arby's advertisement doesn't just look different from the picture, it is lying about the quality and the quantity of meat on the bun

I would say that's a step up from a game key card that only contains the license for the game, but if that's the case, it should've been made more clear on the box. It seems like they copied and pasted the generic game key card disclaimer.
