I'm still figuring out where else I can effectively integrate AI into my life. But so far, so good.

While I'm making a meal and it uses a term or I'm not sure how to do something? YouTube videos! An oldies but a goodie for visualizing how to do something :)

Another barrier is having to go to the store and hunt for all the ingredients. Again, not a huge fan of wasting my time. But thanks to modern technology I don't have to hunt anymore!!! Amazon does fresh food delivery now! So I can get all the ingredients right at my door.

And it does!!!!!! Sometimes the shopping list is a little off but this is amazing!!!!!! I love it.

But this is something that I've found AI excels at. I am like "I am a 38 year old woman, a beginner in ballet, pre-diabetic, and allergic to soy. Make me a meal plan for the week based off those requirements and provide me with a shopping list."

AND even if you did find a diet, now the making of meal plans and recipes and such.

I wasn't expecting Microsoft (or any of the big IT companies) to put such a focus on ethics.
