Bc I understand that having a higher power of something to strive for makes some people feel more secure, but when it starts to turn controlling or cult like why don't people go "oh wait a minute. Maybe this isn't actually for my benefit anymore"
Yk what I don't understand. Religion. Like I get the concept, but why is that something people choose to partake in. I can't think of a single religion that hasn't somehow ended with people being manipulated by a man.
