Thrive Programme Coach. I help people take charge of their mental fitness by teaching them how their thoughts, emotions and behaviour work. You can’t control what happens in life; but you can control your response to it.🧠✨
“Mummy, do you want a #tattoo?” she asked.

I said yes. Moments later she wrote:

✨ my Hero ✨

No ink could mean more. A reminder that the #stories we tell ourselves shape how we feel & live. 💭 What’s a small #moment you’ll never forget?

#ShineNightWalk is in a few hours time.

Preparing the dedication card has been very emotional as includes the names of warriors, survivors and unfortunately the heartbreakingly lost 💙 It’s my priviledge to carry all of their names with me when I walk 21km tonight.

This isn’t just a walk. It’s a #promise: to keep going, to fight harder, to never forget those we’ve lost. 💔

I promised to bring the #muscle if you brought the #wallet, and together we’ve done both!

We’ve already raised £1,000+ for @cancerresearchuk.org 🥳

When I was 7, my mum was diagnosed with tongue cancer at 38,the age I am now. Since then, too many loved ones have faced cancer. On Sept 20th I’m walking 21km through London at night for Cancer Research UK. 💙 Even £1 helps bring us closer to curing all cancers. Link to donate in the comments;

Yesterday was #WorldPrematurityDay 💜As a mum of a premature baby, I feel grateful every single day to all the teams at St George's Hospital providing exceptional care both medically and emotionally. To all the preemie babies & their parents; recognise your strength. You got this! 🙌
