I also expressed that he would need to really work on, getting up to spend time with me before work. He said “don’t start with that” like I was starting a fight. I haven’t brought up his sleep habits in months, I don’t think he sees MY point of view. Even if I agree he should hang out with coworkers

He promised me months ago to fix his sleep schedule, so we can be together before work. Also so he’s not rushing to work, as he expressed he didn’t want to rush anymore.
I told him it’s a good idea to go work out, being active is good. Making friends is good.

He promised me months ago to fix his sleep schedule, so we can be together before work. Also so he’s not rushing to work, as he expressed he didn’t want to rush anymore.

He gets off at 10:45pm at night, works almost an hour away from home, and gets home at almost 12am. I don’t see him before work because he’s sleeping (he goes to bed at like 4am), and doesn’t wake up until close to 1:20pm, when he needs to be to work at 2:45pm.
