I see it as a light indigo blue background filled with yellow stars, like a night sky, with one or two figures featured, or one full figure and the stylized genitalia of the other; depicting either/both the giving of birth or of holding a child. In the center is a bright cerulean blue area, which I see as the light-filled birth canal of a universal mother through which a child has emerged and/or the connection between mother and child. YMMV and I’m sure there’s room for all interpretations.
