UGH, I understand the feeling too well. I personally found that streamlining my Trello layout helped a LOT. And then I included my "work/open business hours." Having it be somewhere public has held me MUCH more accountable since I now had "office hours" to follow! Even wrote down my focus tasks :)

Im not well versed in Littles or DDLG/B so i can't actually weigh in on what they'd wanna use, but there are more that exist
