I shed stuffs off my body from 110 kilos to 68 kilos & now I've to go up to 80 kilos according to doctors. Oddly I'm finding putting on weight difficult after losing 🤦♂️... Gained 6 kilos after a lot of effort. This picture is to enable a public shaming just in case I lose my way. #Fitness

I felt I sleep walked through my performance this evening & then realised I hadn't had a single cup of tea the entire day. Had now & feeling better. Looks like I have developed a #teaaddiction . Any suggestions to handle this 🤔
