Some players keep playing due to the pressure of society as well for their fans as they don't want to upset them however such sometimes result in surgeries just like Matthew .

That's a great post as the government and organizations ignore some sensitive topics like athlete's injuries and getting assaulted in the game . Rather than paying attention to such topics they look after funding issues .
