Character portrait dump. Only the last one is my character. Otherwise I interpreted my friend's characters. I think they're not my most impressive or thought out pieces, but I do like looking over all these different personalities.

I was using it on my computer, but if I use mobile, I can sneak in kana practice with the Japanese keyboard. I can also pull up the site any time I'm bored or idle. A powerful strategy...!! Discoveries like this make me so happy...

My measly little chromebook had a lot of trouble with the size of this one. The result is the joint struggle of both myself and my poor laptop.

I want to sketch more dynamic poses in the future, so hopefully I work up the motivation.

I tried some things. Softer lines, more nuanced shading. As someone very self-taught, my feeling while drawing is often, "I have no idea what I'm doing."

Also I don't think I'm great at clothing design, but I try to make it a little bit more interesting each time I draw.

The character, and the art idea, came to me on a total whim. So much that, it almost felt like he brought himself to life.

He's a near-immortal being who mixes playfulness with apathy, and he has lived long enough not to care about things like others' expectations🦊

For a long time I used "multiply" blending mode in order to put shading, but I tried hand-picking the colors this time? Maybe it provides more control over the effect?

When I was young, more than writing stories about people, I liked writing about creatures like cats and squirrels. I guess I'm pretty predictable.

I found it so late, but this game is really pretty, and I especially like how it balances action with gentle moments.

I'm teaching myself, slowly, with a YouTube playlist. I'm trying my best. Hopefully my handwriting isn't bad.

I didn't expect to try it for long, but I keep getting really happy when I get something right, and I don't want to stop. it's nice to learn in a free and independent manner🌱

I actually don't know. I use this daisy-like emote a lot🌼 to express appreciation, so maybe that. or maybe, hyacinths for their sad meaning🪻. or maybe, blue roses for their unique abnormality🌹💙

this is a piece I made a long time ago for a Japanese songwriter (Izayoi on Twitter/Youtube).
