W2T 2024 Sunskate. Can see the tea hairs in the liquor, silky mouthfeel, and forward flavours of chocolate, plums, & dried fruit. Flavour lingers in your mouth, mild bitterness, with an end note of jasmine flowers. rly delicious & my gf agreed. The flavour changes every steep. very dynamic tea! 🩷😄☕️

Had some @white2tea.bsky.social's "Grandpa's Shu" pu'erh dragonball yesterday and it was good. Pretty standard shou pu'erh but no bad or off putting flavours. I think this would be a lovely introduction for those who've never had shou before but for a seasoned drinker there's nothing remarkable. ☕️🤎🖤
From a session earlier this week, my tea pets along with my gf's! Ms. Kitty and Gneiss paid me a visit :D We all had a wild tree maocha 7 years aged with almost completely unbroken leaves. Incredibly tasty and delicious honestly. The leaves turned green throughout the session which was beautiful 😍

Had @white2tea.bsky.social's Prosbloom shou pu'erh. INCREDIBLY dark, bitter, super rich flavour, and honestly it tastes like if mulch was yummy. Crazy flavour. Very affordable too and a lovely cha qi. Highly recommend 😌😌😌

@white2tea.bsky.social's 2023 Red Loon dragonball mini. REALLY unique flavour for a shou pu'erh, tangly, and I love the fact it's free of 800 agrochemicals so I felt good about drinking the wash (guilty!). At 13.5 cents a gram this is pretty affordable for such a mindful and unique shou. Good drink!

Another food experiment, I made a syrup out of sour tamarindo and two sets of homemade crepes - both vegan and one set gluten free! Crepes were delicious and I've been putting the jarabe de tamarindo in everything from the crepes here to drinks and even a drop in some cereal. So good!!!!

Bought an Yixing teapot for the first time!!! Was on vacation and found a gongfu teahouse and teaware store which had authentic certifications for the Yixing and I HAD to have it. Got home and brewed some banzhang shou pu'erh in it, still learning to use it. So yum and cant wait til its seasoned. 😍🩷

Had some of @white2tea.bsky.social's Veldt 2023 Mini. Pretty good young sheung pu'erh, not too bitter so good introduction to sheung for newcomers. The wet leaf aroma smells slightly of peppermint herbal tea which is interesting, but other than that pretty standard and pleasant. 🍵💚💛

Afternoon #Teasky! Had some of YS's 2020 Impression #Sheung #Pu'erh. Really delightful. Perfect level of bitterness, sweet, agey, some fruit, really prominent bread notes, some classic sheung pu'erh flavours. Just all-around delicious. Good five year sheung, do recommend 💞💞

Had some of @white2tea.bsky.social's Waffles for the first time. I got pretty standard shou pu'erh tasting notes but with a mild astringency. I didnt taste any butter or syrup like others described, but still a pleasant drink. Maybe I need to try different brew times or temps to get that flavour 🤔🤔
