Perimenopausal grandma who still laughs at fart jokes.
Absolutely agree. Yesterday at my supermarket job I wore a dress I bought around 30 years ago, so old it doesn't even have pockets, and carried around one of the gingerbread house kits cos I was the witch from Hansel and Gretel. I'd wear it a lot more often if it was acceptable.

@thesaturdaypaper.com.au what kind of minimising bullshit is this headline? "Hunger crisis"? Call it what it is. It's deliberate starvation.

Cinda was given a taste of ham as a treat for international cat day, which she relished and immediately regurgitated. If that isn't a perfect example of domestic catness, then here's an earlier pic of when she sat where I'd been sitting before I got up to go to the loo.

This bugged me. Neil deGrasse Tyson is an astrophysicist not a neuroscientist.

Letters from the Inside is still one of my all time favorite reads, I've had this book since I was a teenager. An immense loss to literature. Vale John Marsden.

Oh, what a loss to Australian literature. This is still one of my favourites, first read for English class in the 1990s.
