Extortion is now an everyday thing in Peru, with victims ranging from restaurant workers to school teachers and even underaged hairdressers.

Luckily , white liberals tagged our regime “hybrid” (same qualification as Trump’s) and not a fascist congressional dictatorship, so I guess we’re all good. 🙃
