Don't believe him. They've already stated there would be cuts. Believe what they do. They're already planning to cut: FBI, NIH, VA- the entire budget. SS, Medicare, Medicaid make up 21% of the budget, DOD 16%. The other pieces don't give them the cuts they want. Lift the income tax cap to fund.
