My parents' neighborhood had their Thanksgiving potluck yesterday. Cute centerpiece materials and a cute couple (them) walking home.

My running is extra sensitive to temps, I think. I have increased my pace by a minute/mile over the last month as the heat withdrew. Even better today. Just signed up for this, which started last year as part of the El Tour de Tucson cycling festivities.

Made this cornbread for the pig roast last night. It was really good! Highly recommend the mix - Fleischmann's.

My mom's Halloween decor faked out javelinas. 🤣 My parents got an email that javelinas were in their front yard, presumably sniffing around the "pumpkins" and I'm sure the javelinas felt cheated. "But you told me there was a 🎃 buffet here, Larry!"
