I haven’t read them yet but have them because they had high reviews: Blindspot by Mahzarin Banaji and Anthony Greenwald (2013) and Biased by Jennifer Eberhardt (2019). They’re focused on prejudice and not general cognitive biases though.

We have five now, but I completely get it.

Session 1 focuses on building community and spheres of influence for change. Session 2 focuses on critical approaches to discipline-based ed research. Session 3 provides pedagogical tools for equitable STEM Ed and Session 4 addresses acting for change across spheres of influence.
