I think he's hit on the most effective means of slowing down the aging process. He celebrates his birthday every 18 months. If we all did this, we could definitely slow down aging.

Never been a fan of Martha Stewart but I'm surprised that Jose Andres would do a show like this. It's definitely disappointing.
