Ha! Yes!! This is an even better list of what would be great things. Def agree on the brand of GDS - huge hook for us back in the day - and the need for properly resourced community support. And the importance of the community and community events in retention. 🙌

Spot on @jukes.ie 👏- I spent over 10 years recruiting in the civil service, determined to redress the skills imbalance between perms/contractors and I only saw it get harder and harder… massive kudos to those still pushing at this one. Hope it gets easier soon 🤞
