it's got no fat unfortunately (it's actually skyr haha idk if this is true if all skyr but at least these ones are) but yeah i might try baking with it again again. many years ago i used greek yogurt in a loaf recipe and it was uh,,,, not great lol but this seems promising !!

it breaks my heart too because i do want to try these SO badly but i can only ever find them in multipacks vs individually, and while i would still finish one even if i didn't like it i don't think i could manage 4 more lmao i wish they had salmon equivalent but if it exists i can't find it 😔😔

i AM adjuncting one class in fl right now and during the summer the state passed some laws that specifically target sociology as a discipline, i am now legally obligated to use a state mandated textbook and also include this statement in my syllabus,,, lads,,, i teach STATISTICS
