It is quite surreal to be in Korea today. The impeachment of S. Korea’s President Yoon Suk Yeol has been upheld by the Constitutional Court. I watched the proceedings live with a friend who provided the translation of the judgement we watched ⬇️ 1/3

Illegal by trump’s definition: anyone protesting against him. If you storm U.S. Capitol and kill or harm others including police—trump will pardon you as long as it’s in an effort to turn over election results when he loses. This would be laughable if he didn’t hold the highest office in the land.

We the people hold the power! Korea is taking to the streets again this weekend by the thousands to protect their democracy. What are we doing in the U.S.? #Democracy #Protest
