This is the exact reason why trickle down economics will never work. They don't spend it, they hoard it. And come up with ways to take more of it from us.

Destroying public education is a Republican plan decades in the making. The uneducated are easier to fool and easier to rule. Stealing $ via vouchers means the rich will be educated and the poor will be on their own. This is deliberate. Never doubt it.
