Example
What is the definition of blue?
One can think up the color blue just like one can think up a woman

But put it in words and select two ends of the color on a gradient so absolutely no one can say otherwise
Seems like the only definition it has is whatever we consider to be blue

Almost like words are created for their utility by humans and are subject to change as per requirement instead of being some sky daddy given ultimatum

Now, I dare Matt Walsh to answer his own question

To me it seems like, if history is anything to go by, whatever one deems a woman is the definition of a woman. History has never had a rigid definition of a woman because such rigid definitions seldom exist

Chromosomes were discovered in the 1800s, around 500 years after the word female started getting used And they aren't even exactly what determines sex
Biological sex is way more complicated than whatever you might think
"Female" has mostly included both trans and cis women throughout history

Now let's look at biology

The word femina finally got turned into female around the 1300s to make it seem more similar to male
Unless one is talking about secondary sexual characteristics, you can't talk about the "biological definition of female"

What is a female?
It originates from the latin word Femina which simply means woman. Wait so a woman is an adult human woman? Is that not a circular definition anymore? Weird

The "western civilization" certainly didn't include certain populaces of humans into the definition of human around that time

There have also been the dalits of india who were religiously and culturally ostracized and considered as below animals

The definition hasn't been the same forever

What is a human?

Different civilizations, cultures, religions have had different definitions for a human
We have had human zoos up until the 1950s and the guy who coined the term "human zoo" was only born in the decade after

What is an adult?

Different civilizations during different time periods have had different criteria for what an adult is
Even today, different cultures have different definitions of an adult
No they have all not been good definitions but it certainly has not been a static definition

A woman has had a wide range of meanings throughout history

One of the opposing answers is often "anyone who identifies as a woman" but Matt seems to shut it down as a circular definition

So let's analyze Matt's answer
The 3 key words being adult, human, and female
