Almost crashed out because I was trying to be respectful and let people get sides and thought they ate everything.
There was pasta and potato salad left but I wanted the fruit more… but it’s whatever

I don’t mind work getting catered food, especially if it means i don’t have to pay for lunch, but I am kinda tired of being relegated to “sides” or “salad” just because i don’t eat meat.

Almost crashed out because I was trying to be respectful and let people get sides and thought they ate everything.

Update: I don’t… not like it? Idk it’s very rare I’m indifferent to a cosplay but maybe it’s because it’s not turning out like I want but it still looks interesting enough… idk… idk

Cosplay is about experimenting! I wanted to see if there was a way to color transparent filament. Enter alcohol pigment! It’s so easy and can also double as wig coloring as well (if you’re like me and looking for ways to reuse techniques)

Fun fact: this person just attended the same convention as me and now owns my old Cammie cosplay. I won’t lie it was a major whiplash seeing her name on the receipt (my friend was proxying for me at the time) it’s like I spoke her into existence
Was just flash banged by a memory of a cosplayer who tried to bully me out of running a TAZ shoot at Animazement (the only year i decided to go) and then got mad at me for being kinda upset about her babying me. (I was like 20, she was like 16 or something like that)

I don’t understand the phrase “gatekeeping a cosplay.” Like yeah you can be told not to cosplay something but unless it’s Cultural Appropriation or socially taboo I think it shouldn’t matter and you can cosplay whatever you want

Tried out some transparent Pla for some upcoming projects and I must say I’m quite pleased. It won’t be 100% clear, but for a 3d printed diffuser I say it works well!
