Upholstery thread will work fine, you’ll know if it the thread sucks if it repeatedly snaps when you are hand stitching, it’s something you’ll immediately learn really quick xd

Use actual petshavers, either andis or wahl, the best attachment blades for shaving are geib buttercut blades, i use blade type 10 for shaving the face (1.6 mm). Andis ultra ceramic blades are failing after a few shaves rn, which is why im probably buying a pair of wahls next.

Thread you can use duel duty or heavy, I use heavy because i fucking hate it when it snaps while I’m pulling it tight, get black or white, i grab both usually. Dark for darker fur, white thread on lighter fur.

I usually got stone temple pilots mixed in there and sound garden when I cant decide which genre i want that day
