Just FYI to others who jump at the discount: there is a discount but it's not a $20 total. The $20 is the digital Costco Shop Card you get when you purchase a regular-price year's membership. (I'm still buying it because I agree with supporting Costco.)

Last night's elliptical workout. Still figuring out the resistance settings I want (Sunny Health air walker: loop-end bungee cords with hooks under the pedals). Middle is when I unhooked the bungee. I didn't check the heart rate until after I was done. I'm glad I stopped there instead of pushing.
