Part of recovery involves monitoring your perceptions, that is, taking the glasses off. I came up with something y'all may find helpful. I imagine a color gradient like the image, green is good, yellow is anxious or stressed, blue is depression, and red is anger.

I dunno. I'm thinking if I were the homeowner and ten tons of caterpillar were parked on the hillside pointing downhill at my house for days on end, I'd be nervous.
