Hey thanks! One of the really nice additions to this build, the thumb throttle is protected (from rain) inside the battery case. I built a cable operated assembly so I could use a regular motorcycle throttle on the handlebar. Only saw two other builds online like this when I was doing the research

DIYer here. I built this electric bike. It does 30+mph and can go 70 miles on a charge. Got a 1.3 kilowatt hour battery that can put out 80 amp peaks and 50 amps continuous but never goes above 30 amps. It's about 4 times larger than I needed and it's been four years since I built this. Still rocks.
