With a heavy heart, we had to say goodbye to Atlas on Friday after finding out he had severe metastatic cancer on Wednesday. We spent the rest of the week spoiling him with all the good food and snuggles. Our house is so quiet now and River is searching for him :( We had amazing 8.5 years with him 🫶🏻

Dude, anxiety sucks. I’m anxious because I took today off to relax and hang with the husband instead of working 🤦🏼‍♀️ my brain hates me 😂

One of my dearest friends, my MOH, has to take her 30 some year old husband off life support tomorrow after two days. I cannot even fathom and don’t even know what to do for her.

I work for ortho surg and I’m dreading seeing someone on Monday because my foot hurts soooooo bad 😪

Can I tell you how happy I am today. I had my first amazing hair wash and cut at a salon since Covid. My old place went to express cuts and never went back. I was in bliss today during my hot towel on my head during my conditioner and the fact my dresser took her time and heard me. Small things!
