So funny! I went to a popular home goods website to sign them up for 10% off, thereby saving our taxpayer dollars. I was happy to be informed that they already had an account! Good Work.

Not sure why you think you can speak to me that way, I'm done with this conversation for sure. Have a great day!

Thanks for this website! It shows US was 67% fully vaxed by May of 2023. There are 2 boosters available since then. So maybe more, but I think, just my opinion, that it is less.
November 18, 2024 at 6:13 PM
Remember the US only got about 60 % vaxed for COVID which means we couldn't eliminate it with herd immunity. We can still get it but won't go to hospital or die. That's not good enough for me next time. I wish I knew a virologist to ask!
November 18, 2024 at 1:29 PM
...effective herd immunity. Since Covid and internet misinformation, that small percentage has grown to maybe as high as 40%? Whatever the number, IMHO, our experts need to go back and do more research with that significant part of the public staying unvaxed.
November 18, 2024 at 1:26 PM
I know that. And thanks for the discussion! This is where I'm coming from: Anyone that passed HS science knows these basic concepts about virus' and how to fight them. Before now the small percentage of our population that rejected the science and refused vaccines was not a barrier to reaching...

And can we modify vaccines to accommodate. If 40% of our population wants polio and measles I'm ok with it as long as somehow (new research) us 60 can stay well.
November 17, 2024 at 8:08 PM
I'm being realistic. If Trump admin gets rid of vaccine mandates I figure 60% will still get them.
November 17, 2024 at 8:06 PM
Do we need better vaccines that will protect the herd with a reduced percentage of the public taking them? Like a number I've heard is Herd immunity is most effective with 80% uptake. Can we do more sciencing and get that down to 60?
