Even in the event of violence against innocent civilians, we must remember that opposing Israeli genocide does not equate to anti-semistism. Although for too many, it does go hand-in-hand. We have to listen and learn to know the truth and spot those who conflate the two for their own purposes.

2 things keep me from going back to kickboxing.
1. I don't trust my EDS body (although 2 PTs have said I can go back with proper strength training).
2. Racism. It's rampant in the MMA world & I don't know if I can find a gym that isn't run by & doesn't churn out Bryce Mitchells.
