I mean, our military isn't designed to be in parades as a whole. Maybe smaller groups (e.g. the band) but not groups this large, and the tanks and such are definitely designed for parades. Anyone near/on military installations dreads seeing them pull out and ending up behind them 🙃

The coast is a border, so, yes, it's within 100 mi of the border (questionable as the border is the ocean and ai dont thing the fish or merpeople are trying to immigrate, but that's how its justified)

I mean, attendees of the game this Sunday have been warned ICE and CPB will be helping with security and and non-citizens should have papers on them. (*my edit - or anyone who looks like they might be a non-citizen)
