WEARE He Spark no stopping us There are so many reasons to feel discouraged. But that's not what we'll focus on. Instead of fighting the old, well build the new, because were awake now. We're alive, were conscious, and we're aware of our power as creator beings. So what we'll do is love deeper, create more art, play more, and be kinder to one another. We'll heal the lies we were fed and heal the trauma that's been widespread. Well raise awakened children, break out of limitations, create our version of heaven on earth, and invite others to join. We'll remain steadfast in our devotion to a more beautiful reality, and we won't get discouraged by roadblocks along the way. There's so many of us awake now. There's no stopping us.

The Starfish Story "While wandering a deserted beach at dawn, stagnant in my work, I saw a man in the distance bending and throwing as he walked the endless stretch toward me. As he came near, I could see that he was throwing starfish, abandoned on the sand by the tide, back into the sea. When he was close enough I asked him why he was working so hard at this strange task. He said that the sun would dry the starfish and they would die. I said to him that I thought he was foolish. There were thousands of starfish on miles and miles of beach. One man alone could never make a difference. He smiled as he picked up the next starfish. Hurling it far into the sea he said, "It makes a difference for this one."

One cold winter day, during a long journey on foot, a tired, hungry traveler Stone Soup entered a village in search of some food. Upon each door that he knocked, he asked for just a morsel to eat, but was continually met with the same tired, angry response. "Go away, sir. We too are hungry, and have barely enough food to feed our own family." The traveler walked over to the river on the outskirts of the village, to quench his thirst. At the river's edge, he spotted an old discarded cauldron, which he filled with water and dragged back to the village center. He added a stone to the water, built a fire underneath the cauldron. and began to stir the water with a large stick. soup. And so he did. One hungry villager, who had been peeking curiously out of his window, came to him and asked him what he was making. The traveler told him, "Stone Soup. Would you like some?! have plenty to share." Although puzzled, the villager was touched by this man's generosity. He said, "Thank you kind sir. Wait! I have a carrot in my cupboard. I will fetch it to add to the Another villager came out, curious about what the traveler was doing, and also accepted the traveler's invitation to feed on Stone Soup. She offered him a turnip that was in her cupboard added it to the Stone Soup, and watched him continue to stir the pot. One by one, each villager came to the village center, following the increasingly wonderful aromas that began to pour out from the cauldron. They circled the cauldron and warmed their cold hands while they waited. They sang and rejoiced together, as their spirits began to lift in anticipation of the nourishment to come. At last, the soup pot was filled with many savory flavors....and the entire village had a feast. Henceforth, they all vowed to work together...and made many more feasts....never to let anyone go hungry again.

I spent my energy making sugar cookies yesterday to celebrate completing the semester. ✨ I thought today I'd make icing & decorate them, but instead I'm recovering from yesterday. Maybe I can do icing tomorrow.
