Completely out of character I bought tickets to this for my daughter and I yesterday when I saw it, even after researching and finding NOTHING about what to expect. We have scoured the internet and nothing. It is listed on her Spotify account. Will she perform, will she actually be there 🤔

No Kings Providence RI...if crowd estimate of 35,000 is correct combined with the multiple other protests in the smallest state in the Union, we hit the 3.5% mark. Now to make it sustained...

When I started trying to make a landscaped comfy cozy bubble from the external world I knew nothing about gardening or planning a landscape... I still know very little but have learned a lot and not just about gardening-lessons about patience & listening to nature, and that improving the piece of

The next wave is getting ready to pop, my favorite week of my little gardens year (so far)
This has been a work of love and years- with still so many years left to make what is in my brain and heart grow in this little corner of the Earth I get to call my backyard. 🌱

First of my back yard garden gnomes who had spent too many unhoused winters given a paint make-over by me done other than a few touch ups once dry tomorrow.

This was it last year mid June when it was losing it's shine, but is so much fuller this year...I think this year is 3rd year I have had it Maybe 4th.
Love watching the clematis grow each year. Cool to watch them climb and grab new holds 😎

The rose bush last June with the purple clematis both in bloom

This rose bush also makes me smile. Nature's tenacity and perseverance in my backyard reminding me that where there is a will, there is a way 🌱

First clematis to bloom makes me so happy every year! 🌱

Lots of Thunbergia, some moonflower, morning glory, cardinal climber (I need more trellises- went big on climbing flowers this year 😀) couple sunflowers, Shasta raises, chamomile, lemon balm.
Going to start more of the herbs and veggies next 😋

Like a kid on Christmas morning!! Looked at my thunbergia seed starts yesterday & despite having planted only 4 days prior w/expected germination 10-21 days was still pretty bummed to see nothing 😐
Got home from work & on day 5 there is a total of 10 sprouting 👀
Happy dance 💃 🌱

It seems other El Salvadoran prisons have zero idleness work programs. Everything I have read says CECOT, where the American detainees were sent, only leave the cells holding about 80 for 30 minutes a day. Unless sent to solitary which is a concrete cell pitch black w/ small hole in ceiling

6.5 square feet per person. 2 toilets per cell. 2 water basins. Eat with hands. No outdoors ever. Lights on 24/7. No outside visitation or communication ever

I started this to attempt to get some thunbergia 🌱 going. I didn't have enough seeds to fill all the cells. Top 2 rows and the four on the right of the 2 rows below them, I planted some Shasta Daisy seeds.
Shasta Daisy doing well, not a single Thunbergia with signs of germination 🌱, any tips?

Our efficiency and skill is not leveling up as quickly as one would hope. Luckily, he is a good though unamused boy and treat and pet breaks make him love us again. This process will be days. First process is trimming with scissors getting face and paws mostly done as he hates them the most.
