Järjestöjen mukaan päätös antaa hallitukselle vuoden lisäaikaa puuttuviin ilmastotoimiin. Ministerin mukaan metsien hakkuutasot ovat liian korkeat.

The Finnish Supreme Administrative Court just gave its second climate ruling. The Court 1) made a groundbreaking decision that the case was admissible, also referencing Klimaseniorinnen 🥳2) dismissed the case on substantive grounds, finding no violation of the Finnish Climate Act🤔

...and now #COP29 has already broken the record of many of the longest climate COPs, including COP 6, COP 13, COP 19, COP 18, COP 26, COP 24, and COP 21, which is when the #ParisAgreement was adopted and which ran 30:33 hours over time
